When will my order ship?

Most orders placed by 1pm PST Monday through Thursday can ship same day. You will receive an email after placing your order to schedule a shipping day.

Can I shop in person?

Currently we only offer online shopping with the option of free local pickup. Most orders can be available for pickup within an hour. Please text us at 209 923 7709 for local orders. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $50 flat rate for overnight delivery of live goods. You must select this at checkout in order to complete the shopping process. Please contact us for dry good inquires. 

Policies

All live goods are guaranteed live on arrival!

New, unused, factory sealed items can receive a full refund excluding a 10% restocking fee. 

For corals and fish, email a clear picture of the deceased item within 24 hours of delivery.  Approved claims will receive store credit. 

Cancelled orders will be charged a 20% fee and the refund will be in the form of store credit.
