Water Flow: Moderate to strong, indirect, and randomized
Temperature: 76°F to 80°F
Salinity: 1.025 to 1.026 SG

Placement and Temperament
Spacing: Give them 4 to 10 inches of clearance from other corals. They deploy long sweeper tentacles at night and possess a potent sting.
Compatibility: Do not place them close to hammer or frogspawn corals, as they can sting each other despite being related.
Feeding and Health
Diet: While they get most of their energy from light via symbiotic zooxanthellae, they benefit from weekly target feeding with small meaty foods like mysis or brine shrimp.
Common Risks: They are sensitive to water chemistry swings and are prone to brown jelly disease, a fast-spreading bacterial infection.
