Trochus Snail

Trochus is a large family of small, conical marine snails (Trochidae) with pearly, top-shaped shells. Popular in saltwater reef aquariums as peaceful, highly efficient algae grazers, they grow up to 1–2 inches, eat film and hair algae, and can uniquely right themselves if they fall over.
